Real and Raw 30A Organic Eatery Market

My husband and I came in for the first time today and oh my word I have never tasted a smoothie bowl so fresh. The place was so cute, they have quality products, and everything is true to their branding from the coconut shell bowl that my smoothie bowl was served in to carrying truly clean products not just greenwashed companies. My only complaint is that I wish we would have come here earlier in our trip but we will for sure be back when we return later this summer...or tomorrow!

Could not recommend this establishment enough! My husband and I were greeted with incredible service right upon entry and great conversation. The acai bowl was incredibly refreshing and the avocado toast was savory!! 10/10 experience and I will be sure we stop in a few more times on our trip!

An organic eatery market located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! Real and Raw was my favorite stop during my time in 30A! Atmosphere: The whole space is beautifully decorated with a clean, neutral, beach look. They have seating along the smoothie bar and tables around the place. Aside from a grab-and-go drink stand and a small freezer full of popsicles, they also sell jewelry, clothing, wellness products, and small kitchen items such as glassware! Service: The people here were helpful in answering questions and quick to prepare the drinks. The owners son who was maybe around 10 years old was there the day that we visited and gave us a run on the milk that they provided Menu items: I got their Peanut Butter Lover smoothie with almond milk and chia and ended up buying probiotics, Blume Matcha Coconut superfood latte blend, and Truvani protein greens! I loved the atmosphere, the wellness products, and the taste of my smoothie and look forward to the next time that I can make my way over there!

Real and Raw is our favorite lunch and breakfast spot at the beach!! The atmosphere is amazing and so beach and cute. The food is so good, clean, and fresh! I’ve never had something I didn’t love! They also have so many cool wellness products and drinks that are so fun to try! The owners are so sweet and want to make you feel at home when you come to their restaurant. Highly recommend if you are near Real and Raw!!!

The food is absolutely delicious—made with fresh, organic, clean ingredients and free of seed oils, which is such a rare find these days. Every bite and sip felt intentional and fresh. The avocado toast was next-level with its creamy, flavorful toppings, and the latte was smooth and perfectly crafted. The interior design is just as impressive—minimal yet warm, with natural wood accents and a laid-back, earthy vibe that makes you want to linger all day. This place is a dream come true for anyone who values quality, health, and great taste. A true 5-star experience!

Anyone looking for good fuel?! Amazing music! Cheerful service and joyful attitudes come here! The brown butter cookies are exquisite, the sourdough cinnamon rolls delectable, smoothies so good, and everything trustworthy ingredients!

A hidden gem!!! The acai bowl was so fresh and delicious and came in the cutest coconut bowl! Such a cute place and the staff were so friendly!! Went back the next day!

Chicken salad croissant is made fresh in house and is delicious! Croissant is so soft and buttery flaky and the chicken salad tasted perfect. I wanted to eat so many other things that were available, but landed on that. So glad I did! Also, the Noli Kombucha is on tap! Awesome!
